Due to adverse weather and very poor ground conditions, the Carnew show will be canceled tomorrow.

€1 million investment in our Agricultural Shows

Minister for Rural and Community Development, Heather Humphreys TD, has today (Thursday, 22nd June) announced funding of one million euro to support 122 Agricultural Shows right across the country.

Competitions

Competitions are now open

COMPETITION Entries Close Thursday 6th July at 10pm

No late entries will be taken

On the day entries will be taken in the following areas only

  • Handy Hunter – Day entry only
  • Horses - Qualifier Classes only (25,27,28,37,38,40,42,44,46 &47)
  • Ponies - Classes 15,16,17 & 18 only
  • Sheep - All Classes
  • Indoor - All Classes
  • Dog Show - Entry on the day €4 for classes 125-136. €3 for Dog Qualifier classes 137A & 137B
